The company’s culture focuses on meeting client needs while maintaining high standards in every project phase.Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Hospitality Design Management role is based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves leading hospitality design projects from concept through completion, coordinating closely with internal design, engineering, and project management teams, as well as external stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include developing hospitality design concepts, overseeing space planning and guest experience strategies, and ensuring alignment with brand and operational requirements. The Senior Hospitality Design Manager will review and approve design documentation, monitor quality and compliance with ECB standards, and support site supervision teams to address design-related issues. The role also includes collaborating with clients, hospitality operators, and suppliers, managing timelines and budgets, and mentoring junior team members in hospitality design best practices.QualificationsStrong hospitality and hospitality service skills, with a deep understanding of guest experience and operational requirements in hotels, resorts, and food & beverage venues.Customer service and communication skills, including the ability to manage client relationships, lead meetings, and coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams.Experience in food & beverage concepts and operations, enabling effective integration of F&B requirements into hospitality design solutions.Proven background in hospitality design management, including leading complex projects, overseeing design deliverables, and ensuring quality and consistency.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field, with significant experience in hospitality projects.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, and collaborate effectively with local and international stakeholders.Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to timelines and budgets.Familiarity with relevant design and project management tools; experience with ISO-aligned quality systems is an advantage.
