About the JobA leading ABB Certified Distributer & Panel Builder is looking for a results-driven and commercially focused ABB Products Sales Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the sales and distribution of ABB electrical products, strong market awareness, and the ability to build and manage successful customer relationships across the electrical industry.Main Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for ABB electrical products and solutions.Expand the company’s distribution network and identify new business opportunities.Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, panel builders, distributors, and end users.Achieve sales targets and support business growth objectives.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management.Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth order handling and customer satisfaction.Promote ABB product portfolio and provide technical/commercial support to clients.Participate in client meetings, tenders, negotiations, and business development activities. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.Proven experience in ABB products sales and distribution is a must.Strong knowledge of the Egyptian electrical market and customer network.Proven capability in building, managing, and developing sales teams. Good understanding of low voltage and/or medium voltage electrical products.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.Strong commercial and analytical mindset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.Valid driving license is a plus.
