The role involves advising prospective students and professionals on suitable study abroad, immigration, and international career pathways while actively driving enrollment and revenue targets. On a day-to-day basis, the Academic Advisor (Sales) will conduct consultations (in person, by phone, and online), assess academic and career goals, recommend appropriate programs, and guide applicants through the application, documentation, and admission processes. The role includes following up with leads, managing a pipeline of prospects, preparing customized study plans, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or related systems. The advisor will also collaborate with internal teams, participate in events and webinars, and stay current on international education trends, admission requirements, and destination country policies.Qualifications Proven skills in Academic Advising and Student Counseling to guide individuals in selecting suitable study and career pathways.Experience in Career Counseling and Education to support long-term academic and professional planning.Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.Demonstrated consultative or sales experience, preferably in education, study abroad, or related services.Ability to manage leads, prioritize tasks, and meet or exceed enrollment and revenue targets.Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with effective time management and self-organization.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field; advanced studies in guidance or counseling are a plus.Familiarity with international education systems, visa processes, and destination countries (e.g., US, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia) is an advantage.High ethical standards, cultural sensitivity, and a strong commitment to student success.
