Whether clients are buying, selling, or investing, the company is committed to delivering a seamless and trustworthy experience.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Agent role based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Sales Agent will prospect and qualify leads, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and investment process. The role includes preparing and presenting property listings, advising clients on market conditions and pricing, and negotiating offers and contract terms. The agent will maintain accurate records in the CRM system, coordinate with internal teams and external partners (such as developers, legal advisors, and banks), and ensure all documentation complies with local regulations. The agent will also participate in marketing initiatives, attend client meetings and events, and represent JUSQ Estate with professionalism and integrity.QualificationsStrong real estate knowledge, including understanding of Real Estate and local property market dynamics.Proven Real Estate Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Valid Real Estate License or eligibility to obtain one within required timeframes.Excellent Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals ethically and effectively.Customer Service skills focused on building trust, long-term relationships, and client satisfaction.Strong communication and presentation abilities in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.Comfort using CRM tools, digital listing platforms, and basic productivity software.High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with equivalent experience.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client and market needs.
