You will guide and support teachers to continuously improve performance, creating engaging and impactful learning experiences for young learners. You will play a key role in delivering Teaching Excellence initiatives, including teaching standards, observation frameworks and quality plans, while using performance data and feedback to drive ongoing improvement. You will design and deliver targeted learning and development for academic teams, help identify and develop teaching talent, and promote the sharing of best practice. You will also contribute to safeguarding, inclusion and SEND priorities, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment, alongside supporting thought leadership activity in learning and assessment.You will oversee the implementation of products and services, ensuring consistent and efficient delivery, particularly across young learner programmes. This includes contributing to product development and supporting project delivery where required. You will monitor performance against targets, contribute to reporting and action planning, and support continuous improvement through the rollout and evaluation of new products and pilots.Bringing strong awareness of market trends and customer needs, especially within young learner segments, you will help inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth and impact. As part of the market leadership team, you will represent teaching and learner experience while supporting team capability through coaching and development. Working closely with Proposition, Product and Teaching Excellence teams, you will ensure that innovative, evidence-based approaches to pedagogy and assessment are effectively embedded, supporting high standards across all centres.You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to enhance outcomes and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
