This role is split between managing and growing relationships across an existing book of approximately 200 restaurant clients and actively hunting for new business through outbound prospecting. You'll need to be equally comfortable nurturing long-term accounts and opening new doors — all in a fast-paced, startup environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow relationships across a portfolio of ~200 existing restaurant clientsIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing account baseConduct outbound prospecting to generate and close new businessRun discovery calls, present solutions, and manage deals through the full sales cycleMaintain accurate pipeline, account notes, and activity logs in the CRMServe as the primary point of contact for client needs, concerns, and reordersCollaborate with internal operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth client experienceParticipate in regular sales reviews and contribute to process improvementsRequired QualificationsExperience in B2B sales or account management with a proven outbound track recordDemonstrated ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts while simultaneously hunting new businessHigh emotional intelligence — able to build trust and navigate complex client relationshipsExcellent spoken and written English suited for US client-facing communicationComfortable working in a startup environment with evolving processes and prioritiesStrong CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management habitsExperience working with US-based clientsPreferred QualificationsBackground in food service, hospitality, logistics, or wholesale distributionFamiliarity with restaurant operations or supply chain workflowsExperience managing high-volume, transactional account basesTools & TechnologyCRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)Zoom, Google Meet, or similar video conferencing toolsSlack and Google WorkspaceSales engagement and scheduling toolsInterview Process – ImportantThis is a highly client-facing role, and the interview process includes a mandatory video submission.
