We operate as a B2B SaaS enterprise, catering to both U.S. and global clientele.We are in search of an Account Executive who will manage the entire customer experience from the initial engagement to finalizing the deal and facilitating early-stage customer integration.As An Account Executive At PeopleCQ, You WillProspect and qualify leads Run demos and close deals Own early onboarding and adoption for accounts (via a rotating ownership model) Act as a direct feedback loop between customers, product, and growth Your objective will be to broaden our sales pipeline and grow our customer portfolio.ResponsibilitiesProspect and engage target accounts via outbound and inbound channels. Run live product demos with hiring managers and decision-makers. Close new business and meet monthly targets. Own onboarding and early adoption for accounts. Guide customers through initial setup and first use cases. Capture objections, usage patterns, and feedback from customers. Identify early expansion or upsell opportunities. Maintain accurate pipelines and notes in CRM. RequirementsCandidates should have 2–5 years of SaaS sales experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of CRM-driven sales processes. Proven track record in closing deals and building customer relationships is essential. Experience in account management is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to engage clients effectively. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment is crucial.
