Account Manager

Hiring: Full-Time account manager & Operations Assistant (Alexandria, Egypt)We’re looking for someone to: • Manage two Instagram pages • Handle emails, customer service, exchanges, and refunds • Call customers when needed for support or follow-ups • Communicate with influencers and PR contacts • Manage Shopify (orders, updates, support) • Coordinate with production, quality control, marketing, and drop schedules • Stay in direct contact with the warehouse and shipping partner (Bosta) • Assist with giveaways and day-to-day brand operations • Be proactive and add input to improve workflow and customer experienceRequirements: • Easygoing and flexible with new tasks • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Comfortable speaking with customers by phone • Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented • Experience with Instagram, emails, and Shopify is a mustDetails: • Full-time • work from home (remotely sometimes) • 1week training period • competitive salary • KPI-based performance bonusesTo apply, send your CV to:📧 meshadersocialclub@gmail.com
