Our clients include some of the region's leading real estate developers.The RoleWe're looking for an Account Manager to own client relationships end-to-end. You'll be the primary point of contact for Sakneen's real estate clients — ensuring they get maximum value from our products, managing delivery timelines, and translating client needs into actionable direction for the team.What You'll Do– Manage day-to-day relationships with real estate developer clients– Onboard new clients and guide them through product adoption, including hands-on work in Excel during the onboarding process– Coordinate internally across product, tech, and operations to deliver on client commitments– Identify opportunities to expand usage and deepen partnerships– Track account health and surface risks earlyWhat we're looking for– Up to 5 years of experience in account management, client success, or project management– Experience in real estate, tech, or CRM is a plus — but not required– Strong communication and organizational skills– Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment– Fluency in Arabic and English (required)CompensationCompetitive and commensurate with experience and fit.Why SakneenYou'll work at the intersection of AI and real estate — a space that's genuinely evolving fast — with real ownership over client outcomes from day one.
