Role OverviewAs an Accounting Team Leader in Qoyod's Bookkeeping team, you will oversee the delivery of core service lines, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial statements, ensuring that all client bookkeeping activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the bookkeeping team in delivering high-quality services in line with Qoyod's standardsContinuously review and refine processes to improve efficiency and accuracyProvide regular updates, reports, and insights to management on the progress of operational projects and process-focused objectivesEnsure project execution aligns with business goals and client expectationsOffer guidance and problem-solving support to team members to ensure timely resolution of technical issuesMaintain effective systems for monitoring KPIs and ensure all team performance metrics are consistently metEstablish a strong backup and continuity plan to avoid disruptions in service deliveryOversee accurate documentation, filing, and bookkeeping record control across all service linesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field5 years of experience in accounting, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership roleExperience working with an accounting.uditing firm is preferred
