Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities• Manage and oversee facility operations across all company premises and branches, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment.• Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related requests, complaints, and maintenance issues, ensuring timely resolution in line with agreed service levels.• Coordinate and monitor housekeeping, cleaning, pest control, and general maintenance activities across all locations.• Manage relationships with facility management vendors, landlords, and service providers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for office infrastructure, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, firefighting systems, generators, furniture, branding, and other facility assets.• Coordinate the procurement and replenishment of facility-related supplies, including kitchen consumables, maintenance materials, and office support items.• Administer facility-related contracts and payments, including rent, utilities, parking, maintenance services, telecommunications, and other operational expenses.• Liaise with building management teams to address facility concerns, coordinate repairs, manage parking allocations, and support office events and special requirements.• Conduct regular site inspections and branch visits to assess facility conditions, ensure service quality, and identify improvement opportunities.• Support the planning and execution of office moves, renovations, workplace enhancements, and space management initiatives.• Coordinate catering and logistical arrangements for meetings, events, and employee activities as required.• Monitor facility service performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve targeted service levels and employee satisfaction.• Prepare facility-related reports, budgets, and operational updates, ensuring effective cost control and compliance with company policies.Job SpecificationsEducation / Certifications:• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Facility Management or a related field.• 2–4 years of experience in facilities management, administration, or workplace services.• Good knowledge of facility operations, maintenance coordination, and vendor management.• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
