Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Chairman/Executive Team in managing daily operations and administrative functions. This role requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while ensuring smooth coordination across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership.Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics.Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and correspondence.Knowledge with preparing and processing Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs). (Is a Plus)Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Support project tracking and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring smooth execution.Assist with general office administration and ensure efficient daily operations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.1–4 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
