1. Executive & Administrative Support • Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and official documents. • Draft professional emails, letters, and internal communications. 2. Meeting & Reporting Management • Prepare meeting agendas in coordination with stakeholders. • Record and circulate accurate Minutes of Meeting (MOM). • Track action items and ensure timely follow-up. • Prepare periodic executive reports and summaries. 3. Coordination & Communication • Coordinate cross-departmental tasks and ensure timely updates. • Handle confidential information with discretion. 4. Task Prioritization & Workflow Management • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact. • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues. • Support project tracking and progress reporting. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.• Professional certification in Office Management or Executive Administration is preferred. Experience • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in executive secretarial or administrative roles. • Experience supporting senior management is required.• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). • English language: excellent • Strong reporting and documentation skills. • Very good written and verbal communication. • Strong follow-up and coordination ability. • High level of professionalism and confidentiality. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Detail-oriented with analytical thinking
