- Prepare all related paper to sign (contracts, NDA, S1, Receive Doc Required, Job description). - Start orientation with new candidate about organization (Onboarding process). - Prepare offboarding process (resign letter, S6) after final exit interview with HR manger and receive the report.- Add the employee data on SAP and finalize hiring process. - Deactivate all employee resigned from SAP after finalize Offboarding process.- Send all S1+ S6 to the social insurance office to record it. - Send the work permit to the labor office via the Egyptian Postal Service. - Prepare timesheet profile, send the username and password to the employee.- Revision all (vacation, excuses, missions, each...) throw system and approve - Handell repots related by all of training plan throw 3 months and the assessment results. - Handell reports related by all final exit plan throw 2 months and finalize training to the new employee. - Handling reports related by monthly hiring, resignations and turnover. - Handling reports related by all of coordinators under his responsibility by (performance, mistakes, attendance and lateness)- Develop trackers for team members. - Develop trackers for requests from all of Org. employee requests.- Develop polices updates. - Develop employee needs based on Org. objectives.- Decision making: Staff scheduling, solve problem related by (insurance, Labor Office). - Budget allocation: Based on the transaction for the social insurance and the labor office - Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any Relevant Field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in HR. - Familiarity with all HR workflow process, social insurance, labor office. - Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, ERP systems). - English very good (writing, reading and speaking).
