In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students and families, helping them navigate the admissions journey, explore their academic options, and take their first step toward an inspiring university experience.If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, connecting with people, and making a difference in students’ lives, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career in higher education.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and guide prospective students and their families, providing clear and accurate information about admission requirements, procedures, and programs.Support the admissions process by reviewing and organizing student applications in line with university criteria.Assist in coordinating admission test sessions and ensure a smooth applicant experience.Enter and update applicant information accurately in the admissions system and maintain organized records.Conduct initial reviews of high school certificates to confirm eligibility.Communicate professionally with applicants regarding their admission status and required documentation.Provide general advising to applicants about academic programs, study options, and financial aid opportunities.Participate in school visits, student fairs, and outreach events to promote GIU programs and engage with potential applicants.Collaborate with team members to ensure an efficient, supportive, and welcoming admission process.Contribute to departmental reports and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.Plan for pre-semester orientation / welcome daysCheck daily the process of evaluation of high school certificates.Supervise the process of students’ ID cards delivery as part of the pre-semester preparationsPeriodically follow up and send notifications to applicants throughout the admission process (including – but not limited to – submission of high school certificates / invitations for medical checkup / invitations for orientation sessions and seminars)Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree from a recognized university (required).Fluent English communication skills — both spoken and written (required).1–3 years of experience in an academic, administrative, or customer service role (preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — with a friendly and professional approach.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.A team player with a positive attitude, eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment.What We OfferPackage includes:Transportation – GIU BusesMedical Insurance – Next CareSocial InsuranceWIR Loyalty Program DiscountsPost grad studies & Self-Development supportWorking Hours:08:30 AM to 05:00 PM5 working days per week (Friday and another day off)
