Working directly under the After-Sales Director, you will be the bridge between our clients and our team of field technicians. Your mission will be to ensure that preventive maintenance schedules are executed flawlessly and that emergency equipment breakdowns are resolved in record time.Key Responsibilities•             Technician Dispatching: Coordinate and manage the daily schedules for a team of field technicians, prioritizing urgent breakdown requests across Egypt.•             Contract Execution: Monitor and execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for existing corporate clients, ensuring all service agreements are fulfilled on time.•             Technical Support: Act as the first line of technical support for field technicians, helping them troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues on-site.•             Cross-Department Feedback: Report recurring technical or installation issues back to the Design and Factory teams to support product improvement.•             Client Handover Assistance: Assist senior management in conducting initial and final equipment testing and client handovers for new projects. Requirements & Qualifications•             Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.•             Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance operations, ideally within industrial equipment, HVAC, or commercial kitchen/laundry systems.•             Skills: Strong leadership potential, excellent problem-solving skills under pressure, and sharp attention to schedule tracking.•             Language: Good command of English (technical reading and communication).Spare Parts & Inventory Control EngineerTarget Profile: A junior-to-mid-level engineer (2–5 years experience) who is analytical, meticulous, and possesses excellent communication skills to negotiate with local factories and international suppliers.
