Lead the planning, execution, and closure of agricultural or agri‑development projects in line with company strategy and production targets.Develop project plans including objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk‑mitigation measures.Supervise on‑field implementation of crop production, irrigation, and agricultural activities.Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (agronomists, farm supervisors, engineers, field staff) and contractors.Monitor project progress, KPIs, and risks, and implement corrective actions to protect yield, quality, and cost.Manage project budgets, control expenditures, and oversee efficient use of inputs and machinery.Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and closing reports for senior management and stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Crop Science, Soil Science, or a related agricultural field; Master’s is an advantage.15+ years of experience in agricultural project or farm management, preferably in irrigated or production systems.Proven experience managing agricultural capital or operational projects from planning to closure.Strong technical knowledge of crop production, irrigation, input planning, and farming.Familiarity with project management principles and tools (scheduling, budgeting, reporting, Excel or similar).Ability to supervise field teams, coordinate technical staff, and solve on‑farm operational problems.
