Job DescriptionWe're hiring a Sourcing & Screening Specialist to power high-volume recruitment for our BPO operations. You'll sit at the front of the hiring funnel — finding candidates across multiple channels, screening them against clear quality standards, and keeping a healthy pipeline flowing to hit aggressive monthly intake targets. It's a fast-paced, target-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys the hunt for talent and thrives on numbers and deadlines.ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilitiesSource high volumes of candidates for customer-service / contact-center roles through job boards (Social media , LinkedIn), social media, WhatsApp outreach, referrals, job fairs, and walk-ins.Conduct initial screening — assess candidates' spoken and written English against the required standard (CEFR B2), and evaluate communication skills, relevant experience, and role fit.Run commitment and stability checks (graduation and military status, transportation, shift flexibility, upcoming leave/notice constraints) and make sure candidates clearly understand the role and salary scheme before progressing.Build and maintain a live candidate pipeline mapped to specific class/intake dates, hitting daily and weekly sourcing and submission targets.Schedule and confirm candidates for Ops interviews and assessments, sending reminders to maximise show rates.Keep candidate records and statuses accurate and up to date in the ATS / tracking system in real time.Coordinate with Operations and hiring managers to calibrate on selection criteria and reduce avoidable rejections.Re-engage dropped and previously-qualified candidates to fill urgent intakes quickly.Track and report daily funnel metrics — footfall, screened, submitted, Ops-accepted, and joined.Qualifications6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or high-volume / mass hiring (BPO or contact-center environment strongly preferred).Strong English communication skills (B2 or above) — able to assess candidates' English accurately.Proven ability to source through social media, job boards, and WhatsApp / messaging channels.Comfortable working to daily targets in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong organisation and attention to detail; able to manage a large candidate pipeline without losing track.Proficiency with spreadsheets and applicant tracking systems.
