Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and client-focused HR Application Consultant to support the delivery and implementation of enterprise HR solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in configuring, integrating, and optimizing HR systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. This role requires strong functional knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to client engagement.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to support successful software implementations and integrations.Contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives and provide guidance to junior team members when needed.Actively participate in team discussions, offering insights to improve delivery quality and operational efficiency.Support end-to-end delivery of application solutions, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and quality standards.Gather, analyze, and document client requirements, translating business needs into functional system configurations.Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to client expectations.Coordinate tasks across multiple workstreams and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.Engage with clients to understand operational challenges and provide effective HR system solutions.Maintain clear, professional, and responsive communication to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.Support senior team members in managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for process improvements.Configure, implement, and support enterprise applications (e.g., HR systems, ERP, CRM).Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in a timely manner.Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve usability, efficiency, and business outcomes.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.1+ years of experience in application consulting, implementation, or enterprise software support.Hands-on experience with software implementations and system integrations (HR, ERP, CRM solutions).Experience working in client-facing environments and supporting multiple concurrent projects.Strong understanding of the software implementation lifecycle and system integration concepts.Solid project coordination skills with the ability to manage priorities across multiple tasks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with leading HR platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday).Basic knowledge of data migration, APIs, or integration tools.Certification in project management or HR systems is a plus.
