Job Description – Mid-Level HR GeneralistPosition: HR GeneralistExperience Required: 2+ YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, employee relations, recruitment activities, performance management, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes.Manage attendance, leaves, and HR documentation.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Coordinate training and development activities.Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.Prepare HR reports and support management with HR analytics.Collaborate with different departments to support business needs.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws.Experience with recruitment and employee relations.Good knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Very good command of English.Preferred QualificationsExperience in fast-paced environments.Familiarity with HRIS systems.HR certification is a plus.BenefitsCompetitive salary package.Career growth opportunities.Professional and supportive work environment.Social & medical insurance [if applicable]
