The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing HR systems (HRIS/HCM/HRMS) to meet business requirements. The role involves working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide system solutions, conduct training, and ensure smooth implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements related to HR processes and workflows.Configure and implement HR systems (HRIS/HCM/HRMS) based on business needs.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery.Conduct system demonstrations, workshops, and end-user training sessions.Provide functional support and troubleshooting for HR applications.Assist in system integration, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.Prepare system documentation, user manuals, and implementation reports.Ensure smooth system adoption and post-go-live support.Work closely with technical teams to resolve system issues and enhancements.Stay updated with HR technology trends and best practices.Requirements2+ years of experience in HRIS / HR Application / HCM / HRMS systems.Experience in HR systems implementation or application support.Good understanding of HR functions (Payroll, Attendance, Recruitment, Personnel, Performance Management).Experience with ERP or HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Odoo HR, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho People, Menaitech, or similar systems is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in conducting training sessions and client communication is preferred.Good command of English.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.Preferred SkillsFunctional consulting experience.Experience in system configuration and implementation lifecycle.Understanding of APIs/integrations is a plus.Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
