We are hiring a full-time Real Estate Appointment Setter / Lead Management Specialist to support broker outreach and buyer lead management for a Canadian real estate brokerage.Compensation:$4 USD per hour, paid in EGPFull-time positionResponsibilities:• Research real estate brokers and agents across Toronto and Waterloo• Personalize outreach using websites, social media, and professional backgrounds• Conduct outbound calls, emails, texts, and follow-ups• Present the brokerage’s value proposition to prospective agents• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with senior leadership• Manage inbound buyer leads across the Greater Toronto Area• Collect buyer needs, budget, timeline, and location preferences• Schedule appointments between buyers and licensed real estate agents• Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and appointment outcomes in HubSpot CRM• Send reminders and follow up to improve meeting show-up ratesRequirements:• Excellent English communication skills• Experience in sales, appointment setting, lead generation, customer service, or real estate support• Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable• HubSpot or CRM experience preferred• Reliable internet connection• Quiet work environment• Laptop or desktop computer required
