What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients
- Understand client needs and help drive results
- Coordinate projects, timelines, and deliverables
- Work with internal teams and external vendors
- Support negotiations and vendor discussions
- Ensure clients achieve measurable outcomes (cost savings, efficiency, ROI)
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Customer-facing experience (customer success, account management, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Confident speaking with clients and stakeholders
- Sales mindset (without being a salesperson)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
- Must be based in Egypt
Nice to Have:
- Background in IT, SaaS, telecom, or tech-related fields
- Experience in project management or client-facing roles
- Compensation
$6 USD/hour (paid in EGP)
