Location: Cairo & Alex Employment Type: Full-timeJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced Architectural BIM Team Leader specialized in Architectural Shop Drawings to lead and manage the BIM production team across large-scale Commercial and Mixed-Use projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, coordination, and delivery of high-quality Architectural Shop Drawings and BIM models, ensuring full compliance with project standards, authorities’ requirements, and BIM Execution Plans.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Architectural BIM / Shop Drawing team across multiple projectsOversee the preparation and delivery of detailed Architectural Shop Drawings using RevitEnsure all shop drawings are coordinated with Structural, MEP, and other disciplinesDevelop and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and shop drawing production proceduresReview and approve BIM models, shop drawings, and construction documentation for quality and accuracyCoordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams to resolve technical and coordination issuesAssign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely project deliveryParticipate in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination meetings using Navisworks and BIM 360 / ACCEnsure compliance with project BIM standards, LOD requirements, BEP, and ISO 19650 standardsProvide technical leadership, mentoring, and training to BIM team membersSupport construction and site teams with shop drawing updates and coordination requirementsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in ArchitectureMinimum 12+ years of experience in Architectural BIM and Shop DrawingsProven experience leading BIM / Shop Drawing teams on large-scale Commercial and Mixed-Use projectsAdvanced proficiency in Revit for Architectural Shop Drawings productionStrong hands-on experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (Essential)Strong experience in shop drawing detailing, coordination, and construction documentationExperience with BIM coordination and clash detection tools (e.g., Navisworks)Solid understanding of BIM standards and processes, including ISO 19650, LOD, and BEPExperience working within multidisciplinary project environmentsGulf (Middle East) project experience is preferredExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsStrong understanding of construction methodologies and site coordination requirements How to Apply:If you meet the above qualifications and are ready to grow your career, please send your updated CV and samples of your work to:📧 hr@projadvisor.com 📌 Subject Line: Architectural BIM Team Leader
