Project Advisor is hiring BIM Coordinators / BIM Specialists.Location: Cairo and Alex BranchPosition Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking talented and motivated BIM professionals to join our team and support our growing BIM and engineering projects.Job Description:Maintaining and developing BIM models throughout different project stages.Understanding element classification systems, including Uniclass, Omni Class, and Master Format.Creating and managing information parameters within BIM models.Supporting BIM workflows related to metadata, asset information, and project deliverables.Preparing COBie sheets and asset registers.Creating and managing Revit families to meet project requirements.Supporting coordination and collaboration between different disciplines.Assisting in the implementation of BIM workflows, standards, and best practices.Requirements:Experience working with Revit on BIM-based projects.Experience with metadata, asset registers, COBie sheets and elements classifications.Knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks for model review and coordination.Experience in Revit family creation and management.Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.Additional Skills:Knowledge of Dynamo or Revit API / C# programming is a plus.Interested candidates are welcome to apply or share their CVs with us.How to Apply:Send your updated CV to hr@projadvisor.com with subject line " BIM Specialist "
