As part of our continuous growth and involvement in large-scale and multidisciplinary projects, we are looking for an experienced Senior MEP BIM Coordinator to join our team.📍 Location: New Cairo🕒 Employment Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking a highly competent professional with strong BIM coordination expertise and a solid technical background in both Mechanical and Electrical systems, capable of leading coordination processes and ensuring high-quality project delivery across all stages.🔹 Role Overview:The selected candidate will play a key role in managing and coordinating MEP BIM workflows, resolving multidisciplinary clashes, validating technical systems, and supporting project teams to achieve efficient and coordinated project execution.🔹 Key Responsibilities:* Lead MEP BIM coordination activities across multidisciplinary projects.* Manage and review federated BIM models to ensure coordination accuracy and compliance with project standards.* Conduct advanced clash detection and technical coordination using Navisworks and Revit.* Review Mechanical & Electrical systems from both BIM and technical perspectives.* Coordinate closely with design consultants, technical office teams, and site teams to resolve project issues efficiently.* Ensure BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows are implemented effectively.* Support project delivery, shop drawing production, and model-based coordination meetings.🔹 Requirements:* Proven experience in MEP BIM Coordination on large-scale projects.* Strong technical expertise in Mechanical and Electrical systems.* Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination workflows.* Solid understanding of construction methodologies, shop drawings, and project coordination procedures.* Experience working within international BIM standards and collaborative environments.* Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project requirements efficiently.If you believe you have the required expertise and are looking to be part of a professional and fast-growing environment, please send your CV to:📧 hr@projadvisor.com📌Subject Line: Senior MEP BIM Coordinator
