This opportunity is ideal for a highly experienced architectural professional with a strong background in industrial and commercial projects, as well as proven expertise in design leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, and compliance with local regulations and client standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, review, and oversee architectural designs and technical documentationEnsure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, standards, and client requirementsLead and coordinate architectural activities throughout different project phasesCollaborate closely with structural and MEP teams to ensure design integration and coordinationEnsure full compliance with Egyptian building regulations and relevant local standardsReview design deliverables and provide technical guidance to support project execution and quality standardsContribute to the successful delivery of large-scale projects while maintaining technical excellence and design integrityRequirements15–20+ years of experience in architectural design, consultancy, and project coordinationStrong experience in industrial and commercial design projectsProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM workflowsStrong knowledge of Egyptian building regulations and local standardsFluent English is a must, as it is the working languageMust be registered with the Egyptian Engineering SyndicateMust hold a Consultant Engineer CertificateExperience in large-scale EPC projects is highly preferredPrevious experience with Chinese EPC companies is a plus
