Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural Design and Urban Planning Engineer based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The role involves creating architectural designs, developing urban planning strategies, and integrating various elements to craft innovative solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams, ensuring seamless architectural integration, and effectively presenting and communicating project ideas and plans to stakeholders. The engineer will also contribute to developing sustainable and functional solutions for complex architectural and urban challenges. Qualifications Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural DesignExpertise in Solution Architecture and Integration processes8+ years of experience is a MUST. Strong communication and presentation skills to collaborate with clients and stakeholdersKnowledge of urban planning principles and sustainable design practicesBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related engineering fieldProven experience in architectural and urban development projectsFamiliarity with relevant local standards and regulations, especially in the context of Saudi Arabia
