The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, including budget preparation, financial reporting, and compliance with financial regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing cash flow, conducting financial analysis, coordinating audits, optimizing cost efficiency, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions. Additionally, the Finance Manager will supervise accounting teams and help ensure alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and ForecastingStrong skills in Cash Flow Management, Financial Reporting, and Cost OptimizationExperience in Regulatory Compliance and Audit CoordinationExcellent leadership, team management, and strategic planning abilitiesProficiency in accounting software and financial toolsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plusStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience within the engineering or consulting industry is advantageous
