The Contracts Engineer will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, as well as supporting procurement and project management teams. They will liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with legal and company standards. Additionally, they will evaluate risks, provide recommendations, and manage contract documentation and amendments throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts3+ years of experience is a MUST. knowledge in Saudi Arabian Engineering contracts is a MUST. Strong understanding of procurement processes and project managementAbility to assess and mitigate contractual risks effectivelyExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational capabilitiesFamiliarity with legal and compliance standards in engineering projectsProficiency in relevant software for contract managementBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or related disciplinePrior experience in engineering, construction, or consultancy roles is a plus
