We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Infrastructure to lead and oversee large-scale infrastructure developments, ensuring successful delivery of multiple project packages within scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. The role involves managing consultants, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders while coordinating all phases of infrastructure construction, including roads, utilities, drainage, and network works. The ideal candidate will have strong client-side or PMC experience and a proven track record in managing complex infrastructure programs.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple infrastructure projects/packages simultaneously.Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of infrastructure works.Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and overall performance.Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and authority requirements.Lead stakeholder communication and prepare consolidated project reports.Manage project interfaces and resolve coordination issues across multiple contractors and disciplines.Support authority approvals and utility coordination activities.RequirementsEducationBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).Master's Degree in Project Management or a related field (Preferred).CertificationsPMP (Project Management Professional) – Mandatory/Strongly Preferred.Primavera P6 or MS Project certification/experience – Preferred.Risk Management certification – Advantage.Experience12–15+ years of experience in civil and infrastructure projects.Proven experience in infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, drainage, and networks.Experience managing multiple contractors and project packages.Strong background in infrastructure construction sequencing and coordination.Experience in large-scale or city-wide infrastructure developments.Client-side or PMC/Consultant experience is highly preferred.Strong stakeholder management, reporting, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management experience.Familiarity with authority requirements, approvals, and utility coordination processes.
