The company operates through more than 100 offices across 42 countries.📍Location: CairoJob Description:-* Lead architectural design coordination for large-scale renovation, restoration, and hospitality projects.* Review and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.* Ensure design intent is maintained throughout all project phases from concept through construction.* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, interior design, and contractors.* Manage design development, material selection, shop drawing reviews, and architectural approvals.* Conduct site inspections to ensure construction quality and compliance with approved designs and specifications.* Identify design conflicts and propose practical technical solutions.* Participate in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.* Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders to secure required approvals.* Review change requests, variations, and value engineering proposals.* Ensure compliance with applicable building codes,safety standards,accessibility requirements,hospitality industry standards.* Prepare technical reports, progress presentations, and project documentation.* Support project delivery within approved budget, timeline, and quality objectives.* Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance throughout project execution.Requirements:-* Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.* Proven experience in large-scale hospitality, mixed-use, commercial, or restoration projects.* Bachelor’s degree in engineering "Architecture".* Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methodologies, and building systems.* Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.* Strong understanding of local building regulations and international design standards.* Experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and technical documentation.* Strong site supervision and quality control experience.* PMP certification or equivalent project management training is considered a plus.* Experience in heritage restoration or luxury hospitality projects is a strong advantage.📩 To apply:Send your CV to s.hussein@tawzef.comkindly mention the job title in the subject line
