Job Description :- Lead and manage architectural design activities from concept through project completion.- Mentor and support a team of architects, fostering collaboration and professional development.- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.- Ensure compliance with project requirements, building codes, regulations, and industry standards.- Monitor design quality and implement quality control measures across all project phases.- Conduct design reviews and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.- Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.- Facilitate effective coordination between Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.- Act as the primary liaison between the architectural team and other departments to support effective communication and teamwork.Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.- Minimum 5 years of experience in Architectural Design and Project Management.- Minimum 3 years of GCC experience.- Previous experience in the Construction industry is required.- Prior experience in Healthcare Projects is highly desirable.- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other industry-standard architectural software.- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
