The Architecture Technical Office Engineer is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating all technical drawings, shop drawings, and material specifications related to office furniture projects. The role ensures that designs are accurately translated into execution-ready documents, aligned with client requirements, production capabilities, and site conditions.Prepare detailed shop drawings for office furniture (workstations, desks, partitions, storage units, etc.).Convert concept designs into execution drawings with full dimensions and specifications.Ensure drawings are compliant with project requirements and client approvals.Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, and Installation teams.Review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and ensure alignment with drawings.Resolve technical conflicts between design and site conditions.Select and specify appropriate materials (wood, metal, laminates, fabrics, hardware).Ensure materials meet quality standards and project budgets.Coordinate with Procurement for material approvals and alternatives.Support Sales teams with technical clarifications.Participate in client meetings when technical input is required.Assist in preparing quantity take-offs from drawings.Verify quantities for costing and procurement purposes. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.0–2 years of experience in technical office or furniture/fit-out industry.Experience in office furniture or interior fit-out is highly preferred.Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D is a must).Good knowledge of SketchUp / 3ds Max (preferred).Strong understanding of furniture detailing and materials.Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.AutoCADSketchUp / 3ds Max (preferred)
