Communicate with team any tender issues. Submit tender clarifications to estimation / tech. Manager. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.Previous experience in tendering/estimating within the construction industry, preferably on large or multidisciplinary projects.Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Office (especially Excel), and quantity take-off or estimating software.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.Familiarity with local construction codes, standards, and contract conditions in Egypt is an advantage.
