The mission is to make top global beauty and wellness products accessible and relevant to modern consumers in the region, with a focus on quality, innovation, and service.Role Description The Art Director at lo la will lead the visual expression of the brand across digital, retail, and marketing touchpoints in a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo. This role involves developing and executing creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The Art Director will oversee graphic design work, review layouts and visual assets, and provide clear direction to designers, photographers, and other creative partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating visual mood boards, supervising photo and video shoots, collaborating with marketing and e-commerce teams, and ensuring all creative materials align with the brand’s premium positioning. The Art Director will also monitor trends in beauty, fashion, and digital design to keep the brand’s visual identity fresh and competitive.Qualifications Strong Creative Direction and Art Direction skills, with experience leading concept development and visual storytelling for campaigns and brands.Proficiency in Branding, including building and maintaining cohesive brand identities across digital, retail, and print channels.Advanced skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with hands-on experience using industry-standard design tools and creating high-quality visual assets.Prior experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands is highly beneficial.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain creative concepts to non-design stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.A strong portfolio showcasing art direction, branding work, and graphic design across various media.
