Our work spans music, events, media, and lifestyle.We're hiring an Art Director who can take projects from concept to execution, and who actually enjoys being in the making. This is not a hands-off role. You will be sketching, designing, on shoot, on site, and in the room when the work gets shaped.What you'll doLead visual direction across digital and on-ground projects: brand systems, campaigns, content, event design, social, motion, print, environmental, and everything in between.Translate strategy and brand briefs into ideas that hold up creatively and commercially.Build and ship the work yourself when needed. Design layouts, treat photography, mock up environments, sketch storyboards, push files to production.Direct photographers, videographers, illustrators, motion designers, and fabrication partners.Be present on shoot, on site at activations, and in production when the work calls for it.Hold the integrity of each brand world across every touchpoint we ship.Who we're looking forFive plus years of art direction experience, ideally across both agency and in-house contexts.A portfolio that shows range: identity, campaign, content, and ideally some live or spatial output (events, retail, environmental).Strong opinions on typography, composition, image-making, and craft.Fluent in Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, basic After Effects), and open to whatever tool gets the idea across (3D, AI, motion, paper).Someone who can pitch an idea, defend it, and revise it without ego.Fluent in English.
