We are currently hiring a Senior Technical Office Engineer for a very well known company located in Heliopolis, Cairo.Job Description:Will be responsible for technical support, offers, clarifications, and consultation within the company as well as with our customers.In this role, this person will also be responsible for fulfilling customer’s requirements, communications with factories and manufacturing facilities worldwide as well as preparing necessary documentation and reports.Selecting water-related equipment for projects based on clients requested specifications.Support the sales team.Visit clients for technical support / clarifications / orientation.Provide training & support to junior team-mates as well as different stakeholders (consultants, contractors, and end users).Collaborate with other departments, Vendors, or business units to ensure timely resolution of the customer’s request.Job Qualifications:Bachelor in Engineering.5-7 years of experience.Preferable experience in water industry, water pumps or industrial industry.Excellent communication & negotiation skills.Travel may be required for training.
