In this key leadership role, you will work closely with the HR Director to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with our organization's goals and values.Assist in developing and executing HR strategies and policies across the organizationOversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relationsCollaborate with department heads to identify and address HR-related issues and opportunitiesLead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering their growth and developmentManage the implementation and optimization of HR systems and processesEnsure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulationsDevelop and implement employee engagement and retention programsAssist in budget planning and resource allocation for the HR departmentConduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvementServe as a key advisor to senior management on HR matters and organizational developmentQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a managerial HR roleProfessional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferredIn-depth knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulationsStrong proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent leadership and team management skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven track record in strategic planning and implementationStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExperience in performance management and employee relationsExpertise in recruitment and talent acquisition strategiesAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismFluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
