Lead and oversee all HR and Personnel functions to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with local regulations.Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.Supervise administrative operations, ensuring efficient office management and resource allocation.Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and confidentiality.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Prepare and present regular reports on HR and Personnel activities to senior management. 7-10 years of progressive experience in HR and administration roles.Proven track record in managing HR and administrative teams within a corporate environment and experience in construction companies is a must.Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and office management procedures.Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
