Job Description1. Technical SupportProvide first- and second-level support to end usersTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network issuesInstall, configure, and maintain computers and peripherals2. Systems & Network AdministrationMonitor and maintain IT systems and networksManage user accounts, permissions, and access controlsEnsure system performance, availability, and reliability3. Security & ComplianceImplement and maintain IT security measuresEnsure compliance with company policies and data protection standards4. Software & Hardware ManagementInstall and update software applicationsManage IT inventory (licenses, assets)5. Documentation & ReportingMaintain IT documentation (systems, procedures, troubleshooting guides)Track and report IT issues and resolutions6.
