Scope and General PurposeUnder the guidance of the Learning & Development Manager and within the limits of Rotana policies, procedures oversee, directs and provides Learning & Development opportunities for all colleagues in the property. Promote the desired work culture around the four core values – Rotana LIFE: Long Term, Innovative, Friendly and Ethical.SkillsYou should have three years supervisory experience in a professional training environment with expertisein instructional methods and training techniques, preferable including needs analysis, learning theory,group and individual training techniques, as well as training evaluation. You must have a good workingknowledge of computers along with excellent communication and presentation skills.
