For DP World Sokhna Logistics Park Job Purpose: Ensuring the security and regulatory compliance of logistics operations, including warehouses, container yards, transport hubs, and inland terminals and maintaining effective working relationships with government and regulatory authorities to support uninterrupted and lawful logistics operations.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and implement security protocols across logistics sites such as warehouses, container storage yards, and transport entry/exit points.Monitor and control access to logistics facilities using CCTV, biometric access, vehicle scanning systems, and physical security checks.Ensure round-the-clock protection of goods in storage, goods in transit, and company assets.Investigate any theft, tampering, loss, or unauthorized activity, report findings with root cause analysis and recommended actions.Coordinate emergency responses and drills (e.g., fire, cargo theft, unauthorized access, transportation delay incidents).Support EHS compliance by ensuring security staff follow safety and environmental protocols during logistics operations.Supervise third-party security vendors and ensure alignment with SLAs and performance standards.Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities such as customs, traffic police, transport regulators, labor authorities, and civil defense.Facilitate the acquisition and renewal of permits, licenses, and approvals related to logistics operations (e.g., warehouse licenses, customs clearance permits, transportation compliance).Represent the company in official matters with ministries, municipalities, and regulatory bodies.Support internal departments in resolving government-related operational challenges, such as transport delays due to permits, route restrictions, or inspections.Manage legal documentation required for moving sensitive or restricted cargo across regions.Act as the liaison for resolving issues related to labor, strikes, or logistics-related disputes involving public bodies.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Law or any related major.5–7 years of experience in security or government relations within the logistics, supply chain, transportation, or freight forwarding industry.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills when dealing with government and external stakeholders.Ability to work in high-pressure environments and respond to emergencies as required.Leadership skills.Problem solving skillsOrganizational and time management skills.V. Good Command of English.
