Key Accountabilities JOB DESCRIPTION Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for the Ports & Terminals business. Provide clear financial analysis and business insights to support executive decision-making, including EBITDA performance, revenue drivers, cost efficiency, capex evaluation, and cash flow. Partner closely with Operations, Commercial, Procurement, HR, and other functions to improve financial performance and support business priorities. Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting to local management, Regional Office, and Head Office, with clear variance analysis and corrective actions. Maintain strong financial controls, governance, policies, and procedures in line with DP World standards, local regulations, and audit requirements. Oversee accounting, closing, statutory reporting, audit coordination, tax-related financial inputs, and balance sheet integrity. Monitor working capital, cash flow, collections, payables, and funding requirements to support liquidity and business continuity. Support financial evaluation of major contracts, business opportunities, investment cases, capex proposals, and strategic initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, government authorities, SC Zone, Port Authority, Regional Office, and Head Office. Oversee invoicing governance, billing accuracy, revenue-related controls, and related operational finance processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely issue resolution. Provide finance oversight over warehouse and inventory control activities, ensuring proper stock accountability, compliance, audit readiness, and alignment with business requirements. Qualifications, Experience And Skills Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance. Professional certifications or accreditations (CPA, CA, CFA, CFP, CMA). MBA or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is an asset. Minimum 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods. Strong knowledge of Egyptian finance, banking, tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements. Strategic mindset with the ability to improve financial processes, drive performance optimization, and support value-creating business decisions. Proven ability to manage relationships with banks, auditors, government authorities, and other relevant external stakeholders in Egypt. Experience in financial modelling, investment appraisal, capex evaluation, and business case analysis. Fluency in English is required; Arabic language capability is preferred. Egyptian nationality is preferred. Experience working in an international or multinational organization is highly preferred. Proven experience working in a matrix organization, with exposure to regional and head office. reporting requirements. Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructuring, business consolidation, and new entity setup is preferred.
