Talent Sourcing & Candidate Pipeline ManagementProactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and talent databasesBuild and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for recurring rolesConduct initial outreach and engage passive talent Screening & Candidate AssessmentReview CVs and evaluate candidates against role requirementsConduct phone/video screenings to assess fit, motivation, and availabilityPresent qualified candidates to recruiters or hiring managers with accurate summaries Interview Coordination & LogisticsSchedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teamsEnsure interviewers are well‑briefed and preparedMaintain a smooth, professional candidate experience at every stageRequired SkillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS toolsUnderstanding of basic interviewing and talent screening techniquesFluent English
