Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audition Customer Service representative based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves managing customer inquiries and developing relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Daily tasks will include addressing user concerns, collecting feedback, maintaining a positive customer experience, and delivering timely and effective solutions. Team collaboration and effective communication will be essential in handling customer interactions both via phone and other communication platforms, while adhering to the company’s standards and protocols.
