Candidates joining MICO WORLD MENA will be part of a fast-growing, globally oriented team shaping the future of social interaction and live streaming.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Designer role based in Cairo, Egypt, focused on visual content for the live streaming industry. The Motion Designer will create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for live streams, in-app events, campaigns, and social media. Responsibilities include developing storyboards, style frames, and visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and platform objectives. The role involves collaborating with product, marketing, and content teams to translate briefs into dynamic video content, overlays, transitions, and interactive elements optimized for mobile and live environments. The Motion Designer will manage projects from concept to final delivery, refine assets based on performance feedback, and stay current with trends in motion design, live streaming aesthetics, and digital entertainment.Qualifications Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital platforms, preferably within live streaming, entertainment, or gaming environments.Hands-on experience with Animation and Storyboarding, including translating concepts and scripts into clear visual narratives.Practical knowledge of Video Production workflows, including editing, compositing, and exporting assets optimized for mobile and live streaming.Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar motion and design software).Solid understanding of visual storytelling, timing, typography, color, and layout in motion-based content.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and respond constructively to feedback in a fast-paced environment.Relevant educational background in Motion Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and video work; experience with live streaming or social platforms is a strong advantage.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural
