The French Customer Service representative will respond to user inquiries in French via chat, email, and phone, providing accurate information and timely resolutions. The role involves handling account, payment, and technical support issues, escalating complex cases when necessary, and documenting each interaction clearly. Team members will monitor user feedback, identify recurring issues, and share insights with product and operations teams to improve the overall user experience.
