Job Responsibilities:Receiving and reviewing files and documents related to car loan applications and ensuring their completeness before forwarding them to the concerned departments.Monitoring the workflow of car loan applications and coordinating with the relevant departments until the procedures are completed.Storing and archiving client files and documents both electronically and on paper in accordance with the bank's policies.Complying with the bank's policies, regulatory requirements, anti-money laundering procedures, and directives issued by the Central Bank of Egypt.Contributing to the implementation of process improvement initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in in Business or any Relevant FieldMinimum 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in Auto Loans.Fluent in Both Written & spoken Arabic and English Languages.Strong communication skills in different areasExcellent Computer Skills
