This Position will serve Data Technical OfficeThe Transformation Effectiveness Lead will focus on operational and tactical delivery excellence, embedding effectiveness and efficiency into transformation programs. The role is accountable for KPI-driven performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and supporting operational tasks as assigned. In addition, the role will actively support agile maturity progress and foster collaboration. This role requires a delivery oriented mindset with agility to toggle across diverse tasks while maintaining high focus an timeliness delivery.Key Responsibilities:• Support continuous improvement & transformation initiatives.• Monitor performance metrics and provide transparent reporting.• Support agile maturity progress across teams.• Execute assigned operational tasks seamlessly.• Enhance cross-functional team synergies to improve collaboration and outcomes.• Monitor risks and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.• Drive operational effectiveness and efficiency in processes, working procedures and workflows.Requirements:• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration.• Agile related certificate is a plus (Agile, Scrum, SAFe)• Experience: 7–10 years in data, technology, or transformation roles, with at least 5 years in agile delivery-focused positions.Skills:• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks• Advanced reporting and analytical capability• Strong communication skills• Hands-on operational execution• Experience in fostering cross-functional collaboration and agile maturity
